Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When in a call, I often want to keep notes and share them with the others. But while the 'share from files' has a plus button, it only allows creating folders:
Of course empty folders are not particularly useful to share into a chat room - a whiteboard or Text document would be!

Extend the plus with the other options from Files!
