Open src/components/views/MetricOverview.js at the referenced heading and compare it with the surrounding heading structure shown in the issue. Change the heading level only if needed to remove the h3-to-h5 jump, then verify the metrics page no longer triggers the aXe heading-level warning.

aXe is telling me on https://metrics.mozilla.com/protected/usage-report-demo/dashboard/user-activity that "Heading levels should only increase by one". I think this is because we have an <h3> 👉 <h5>, but not an intermediate <h4> tag.
