描述
Color theme URLs are long & ugly. They're like that so we can define a theme with just a sharable URL and avoid having a database to store every theme ever. Keeps our web site simple and static.
We could make them slightly less ugly by revising the URL format ala #37 - but that could make them longer because we'd lose the compressed JSON. But, maybe a carefully planned URL format would be short enough while being less ugly?
Could also use a generic URL shortener service. Maybe use mzl.la or homebrew one on AWS.
