首先定位 stack-pr CLI 入口点，以及用于检查 PR 是否准备就绪和 landing PR 的现有逻辑。添加所请求的 auto-land 调用及其 timeout 和检查间隔，并验证它会在 timeout 到期时停止，或在检查通过后立即 landing PR。

描述
We have some restrictions in our github that the PR has to be on top of latest in main branch. Sometimes, we rebase and submit the stack and before our PR checks complete or before we realize to land the PR, another commit is added to main and we have to repeat the loop of rebase and submit the whole stack for pr check. Wish there was a command line invocation which checks every few minutes if the PR is ready to land and lands it immediately on the checks passing.
