描述
Problem
When a tool result is long enough to scroll, the Results panel on the Tools screen shows two vertical scrollbars side by side. It only happens when the result renders in the Ace code view (e.g. a JSON result); plain text results are unaffected. One scrollbar belongs to the Ace editor and the other to the panel's outer ScrollArea. They scroll the same content at different levels, which looks broken and makes it unclear which one to drag.
Steps to reproduce
- Connect to a server and open the Tools tab.
- Call a tool whose result renders in the Ace code view (e.g. JSON) and is long enough to scroll, a few hundred lines.
- Look at the right edge of the Results panel: there are two stacked vertical scrollbars.
Seen in v2.8.0.
Expected
A single vertical scrollbar. Either the Ace editor fills the panel and owns scrolling, or the outer scroll area does and the viewer grows to its content height. Not both.
Pointers
