Describe the bug
Hi,
you declare license as a file inside the package:
This comes from LICENSE.txt in src/Microsoft.Graph/Microsoft.Graph.csproj. The README states that the library is licensed under the MIT license, but tools that read NuGet metadata, such as license scanners and dependency update bots, only see the file reference. They report the license as unknown, and we have to check it by hand each time we update the package.
Would you consider declaring the license as an SPDX expression instead?
