The following properties are read-only and they should not appear in the schema

Property appRoles sounds like it is read-only but gives error: Cannot modify or delete entitlement with origin Application..
servicePrincipalType - although it can be added the description hints like it is some property that is used internally by Entra ID and it is not something that you can set yourself.
