描述
This issue: https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-pull-request-github/issues/1521 implies that either a prefix, from comment https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-pull-request-github/issues/1521#issuecomment-686611996 or only suggesting while in a comment are available to use, but I can't see a way to configure a prefix and issues are suggested when typing #.
Most of the languages I use use # for comments so it would be helpful if either prefix or suggest only when in comment was available.
