PR description view doesn't show PR events

描述
The PR description page view seems to include only comments, and excludes all of the other events that are visible on the Github PR "Conversation" tab.
That omits lots of interesting information that I find myself leaving VS code to go check, including:
- Review request events
- Force-push commit IDs and diff links
- Assignment and label changes
