Summary
Rush version 5.180.0 seems to break on rush install and rush update. Both of these commands work fine when using 5.179.0, but as soon as we set rushVersion to 5.180.0, the following error appears:
ERROR: The lock path must identify one unshared regular file: V:\[REPOSITORY]\common\temp\rush.lock
This file seems to persist after any attempt to invoke a rush command, and is always completely empty.
We noticed a similar issue in our pipelines too. All attempts to invoke rush commands have been failing since just after the release of 5.180.0 (we install latest).
