调研方向
The report names the action openInVSCodeLocal.resumePending and the error 'Sample code download failed: Request failed with status code 404', with only a minified stack location in extension.js:2388. Start by finding where the sample code download request is built in the extension source and which URL returns the 404. Done means the download either succeeds or fails with a clear message, and the reproduction steps are confirmed. The reporter left the repro steps blank, so ask for them first.
