Reproduce the issue by opening a non-UWP appxmanifest.xml in the VS Code manifest editor, then inspect the Applications tab and its Advanced Attributes handling. The work is done when the SupportsMultipleInstances option is absent for non-UWP applications while remaining available for UWP applications.

Describe the bug
*:SupportsMultipleInstances are specific to UWP
Indicates support of multiple, separate instances of UWP apps. For more info, see the remarks section.
Editor offers it for non-UWP <Application>s
To Reproduce
- Create appxmanifest.xml containing non-UWP applications (e.g. uap10:RuntimeBehavior="packagedClassicApp")
- Open appxmanifest.xml in VScode manifest editor
- Goto Applications tab
- Scroll down to Advanced Attributes
- 'Add SupportsMultipleInstances' button appears
Expected behavior
'Add SupportsMultipleInstances' button should not appear
