Issue: Disable Definition Files breaks many plugin tabs
Step 1: Enable plugins, Preitter, Format on Save, (I also have TypeScript Json Schema)
Step 2: Observe the plugin menu and that everything works
Step 3: Go to Settings and disable Definition Files, And refresh the page
Step 4: Observe Prettier Tab is visible but unselectable,
Step 5: Observe Format on Save is missing
