首先在 ros2-combined-microros 工作空间中重现报告的命令，重点检查 /root/target_ws/src/rosbot_ros/src/micro_ros_msgs 及其 ament copyright 测试。检查为什么预期存在 CONTRIBUTING.md 但它缺失，然后重新运行 colcon test-result --verbose；当 micro_ros_msgs copyright 测试报告没有失败时，即表示完成。
