Start by reproducing the failure with the attached printed-and-scanned QR image through the CommandLineDecoder and the WindowsFormsDemo in the Clients folder. Investigate the image preprocessing and binarization path in the core decoder, since the 44-comment thread shows no agreed fix. Done means the scanned sample decodes reliably, with a regression test added.

Hi,
I am having trouble with decoding the following QR code. The Code has been printed and then scanned again and can then no be read anymore by the ZXing library.
I mostly tried with the CommandLineDecoder and the WindowsFormsDemo from the Clients folder. I tried with all kinds of different settings but none seem to work.
What do I need to do to make this work?
