Description:
After updating my ThinkNode M1 to MeshCore firmware version 1.18.0, the display keeps turning off and becoming unresponsive.
Additionally, the top status bar disappears completely and is no longer displayed.
Expected behavior:
The display should remain functional, and the top status bar should be visible as usual.
Actual behavior:
The display repeatedly turns off and becomes frozen/unresponsive.
The top status bar disappears and does not return.

Firmware version: MeshCore 1.18.0
This issue started immediately after updating to firmware version 1.18.0.
