The review-thread tool's list output does not show the thread's review commit or that its line is outdated. Since #8433 a trusted fix request can start work on a thread from an earlier review, so the lane should see that the line may be stale. Edit scope is path-based (thread-scope.mjs:27-41), so this does not widen what the lane may edit. Low, from #8433's security review.
