Summary
COOKIE_PROFILE_RETRY_HINT_PATTERNS includes /extracting cookies/i, but the only text it is ever tested against is the failed spawn's stderr. If yt-dlp reports its "Extracting cookies from " progress line on stdout, the pattern can never match, so the entry is dead and gives a false impression that the case is handled.
Failure scenario
Expected: every pattern in the retry-hint list can match text the caller actually passes in.
Actual: spawnFailureDetail returns result.stderr (trimmed), falling back to result.error, then "spawn failed". stdout is never read. The caller passes that detail to isCookieProfileRetryableError.
Unverified: which stream yt-dlp writes that message to. My recollection is that it is an informational line printed on stdout, but I did not confirm it against yt-dlp source or a live run in this session, so the first step of the fix is to check. If it does go to stderr, this issue reduces to the pattern being redundant with the more specific failure messages in the list.

Suggested fix
Confirm the stream with a live yt-dlp run against a browser whose cookie store cannot be read. Then either drop the pattern, or, if the message is on stdout and the retry is wanted, include stdout in the detail for the cookie-profile path. Add a test using the real captured output.
