描述
The interview-ears-convention-tags eval case, added in #11074, grants Read, Glob, Grep, Skill but not Bash. The EARS ladder in plugins/planning/skills/interview/context/ears.md resolves acceptance_criteria_format through git rev-parse (step 1) and bash "<plugin-root>/lib/resolve-convention-home.sh" (step 2), and says never to hand-parse the root file. Without Bash, runs read AGENTS.md and authoring-formats/README.md directly, so the case does not cover the resolver path.
#11074 measured main and head the same way (3/3 vs 3/3), so its no-loss result stands for the text it moved. The resolver path is what remains unmeasured.

resolve-convention-home.shbefore the criteria are tagged. - The case passes on main and on the current head, on a host where the plugin-eval sandbox is ready for Bash-granting runs.
