Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I set MATLAB to never launch in the extension and code analyzer messages work with some quick fixes (e.g. adding a missing semicolon). However, the quick fixes to suppress warnings on the line and in the file are not present in this mode.

When MATLAB is not connected, the message suppression quick fixes should be available.
