从笔记录入表单开始，检查当前如何使用 Form 和 FormTextField。添加验证，使保存时 Title 字段必须有内容，而 Description 仍为可选；完成标准是无法保存标题为空的笔记，并且可以保存只有标题的笔记。
由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。
描述
Right now, the user can save a note without entering any information in the Title and Description text fields. The user should only be able to save a note if there is some content in the Title text field (Description is supposed to be optional).
This can be done using Form and FormTextField with validator property.
