Extend CLI tool with URL round-tripping

描述
The CLI tool currently takes a JSON as parameter and attempts to deserialize it to verify that the data matches the data models. We should do the same with the request URLs and RouteOptions#fromUrl and RouteOptions#toUrl methods.
