描述
If the driver cannot be removed even by force, it means a duplicate file located at %WINDIR%\INF\oem*.inf is holding onto it.
You need to run pnputil.exe /enum-drivers. The target driver will appear in the list under the name oem%NUMBER%.inf.
Run pnputil.exe /delete-driver oem%NUMBER%.inf.
After that, the driver will automatically be removed from the %WINDIR%\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository store.
