Cannot run Amplify on Localstack

从 issue 中链接的 Amplify LocalStack 说明开始，并使用 LocalStack 3.2.0 和 Amplify 12.10.1 复现这些命令。比较 amplify init --use-localstack true 的日志与 amplify push --use-localstack true 的失败情况，重点关注缺失的 backend 环境和报告的 stack。初始化和 push 在没有 missing-stack 错误或 serializer 警告的情况下完成，即表示完成。

Running localstack at 3.2.0. Amplify is 12.10.1.

When I run amplify init --use-localstack true, it seems to work, however this shows up in the localstack logs:

2024-03-17T22:20:02.536  WARN --- [   asgi_gw_0] l.aws.protocol.serializer  : Response object BackendEnvironment contains a member which is not specified: appId

When I run amplify push --use-localstack true, I get:

✖ There was an error pulling the backend environment dev.
🛑 Stack with id amplify-amptest-dev-162002 does not exist
