[Feature Request] Manage Flathub mirrors

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the Python code that manages Flathub sources and review how sources are configured and consumed by mintinstall. Done should include an agreed configuration path for selecting a mirror and avoid the reported first-startup failure when the default source is unreachable.

描述
The default Flathub source is inaccessible under some use cases (e.g. The default source sometimes fails to connect, which results in mintinstall stuck in "Generating caches" on first startup forever), so it may be necessary to add an option to configue a Flathub mirror beforehand. Would like to see this in Mint 23 :)
