首先，在使用 English (EUA, international, dead keys) 布局的 Mint 22.3 上复现死键行为，然后将其与之前的版本进行比较。当撇号加 c 产生 ç，撇号加 C 产生 Ç，而不是 ć 或 Ć 时，即表示完成。

Mint 22.3
Keyboard English (EUA,int, with dead keys)
The cecedil key ' + key c (c+') now is ć
In the previous version work correctly key ´ + key c (c+') is cedilla
The same happens with the ' + C turns Ć
If I use the Timeshift to return for the previous version, all work again, but if I update again to 22.3 the bug ocorrus again.
