Hi Dear Developer,
I'm using libusb for Windows + Hotplug feature to develop my USB program.
When using version 1.0.29, everything works fine.
After upgrading to version 1.0.30, my app starts to run abnormally.
My app is a event-driven program, when USB device REMOVE / ARRIVE, corresponding operations will be done against this USB device.
When the USB device is REMOVED and ARRIVED in a very short interval, REMOVE event and ARRIVE event are missing.
Upgrading to latest git, this issue persists.
After downgrading to version 1.0.29, everything works fine.
