描述
Connection establishment performance optimizations are being specified and on the roadmap for two libp2p implementations:
- go-libp2p and rust-libp2p
Done Criteria
- Documentation describing these optimizations exists (to be decided: as its own doc under a new "Advanced Concepts" section, other existing relevant docs link to it)

- Document 0.5 RTT data optimization (issue to be created)
Why Important
We describe libp2p and it's supported transports/muxers/secure channels/other protocols (AutoNat, Ciruit Relay, Hole Punching, etc.) but we also need to document specification/implementation work that's sets libp2p apart and makes it more performant.
These documents should describe the optimizations libp2p offers to users.
