swag utilizes format tag to specify the OpenAPI formatting for fields. this tag is also used by echo to help with time.Time binding; this creates a conflict as echo tries to bind the input against format tag value.

Could you guys interpret date-time and date-time-local as RFC3339 to resolve this?
