Why
Pocket shut down and its users are actively looking for a new home, so there is a migration window open right now. Export already exists (JSON and CSV) — the mirror import is missing, and an empty library is the biggest drop-off point for a new signup.

Sketch
- Upload + preview + map columns, then bulk insert with duplicate detection (reuse the normalized URL work from the pagination issue).
- Parsers for Pocket CSV/HTML, Raindrop CSV, Instapaper CSV, Netscape bookmark HTML, and LearnStack's own JSON export.
- Run metadata enrichment asynchronously after import, not inline.
Notes
Bulk enrichment must be rate-limited — importing 500 bookmarks would otherwise fire 500 outbound fetches at once.
