I'm the author. Harneo is a desktop app (Tauri) and CLI that keeps a Claude Code harness in one library outside your repos: skills, commands, subagents, settings with hooks, MCP servers, output styles, workflows, plugins, CLAUDE.md and rules. Every artifact is audited on import (trust score, findings, what it can reach) and risky ones are held back. Profiles built from the library are installed into new or existing projects with a dry-run preview and a backup of every replaced file; refits flag lines a project would lose, and drift shows which projects diverged from their profile. Local first, no account, MIT. A 24 s demo is in the repo (docs/brag/brag.mp4).
