描述
The shellcheck workflow inherits default token permissions and persists checkout credentials. Its pull-request job runs repository scripts, including the new isolated tmux regression suite.
Follow up by setting permissions: contents: read and persist-credentials: false, and verify the workflow still checks out and tests pull requests without credentials in Git config.
This pre-existing workflow configuration was raised as a non-blocking review comment in https://github.com/jonathanong/scripts/pull/3 (CodeRabbit review PRR_kwDOSeuXK88AAAABQdXdPA). Track independently from the pane-targeting fix.
