首先审查现有的 ipynb.importer API 以及提议的 ipynb.finder 导入形式。确定 full、defs 和 ignore_errors 等上下文管理器选项应如何运行，以及 finder 导入是否可以配置 notebook 加载。API 设计达成一致，并且两种使用模式都具有已定义且经过测试的行为，即视为完成。

How about
with ipynb.importer(full=True): # or defs=True
import my_notebook
For example, it would allow to specify options like
with ipynb.importer(ignore_errors=True):

Also, we may add the ability to write
import ipynb.finder
