首先使用 ipykernel.tests.utils 运行 Python 复现代码，重点关注 kc.complete 和返回的两个 matches 值。跟踪包含换行符的 cell 的 kernel 补全处理，并将其与单行情况进行比较。当第二个 cell 末尾的补全能够正常工作，且该回归问题已由测试覆盖时，即表示完成。

I create two cells, run both
Then I try tab completion
If I press tab at the end of the second cell, nothing happens. If I press tab at the end of the third cells, it works.
