Abstract http requests API definitions to avoid repetitive implementations

首先调研现有的客户端 HTTP 请求实现，以及其中的 Pydantic 验证和序列化步骤。在提出共享 router 抽象之前，比较重复的 URL 构建、请求、响应验证和对象转换流程。完成的标准是，在不改变客户端 API 行为的情况下，将重复的实现整合起来。
由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。
描述
Even though we dont have many functions to implement the client HTTP requests we could benefit of some abstraction to not re-implement the same stuff all the time eg:
- build-url
- validate input using pydantic
- dump to json friendly python objects
- send requests
- validate responses using pydantic
- serialize json to python objects
We could reduce footprint with some sort of router.
