首先跟踪 stack.json 的读取方式，以及 stack 启动时如何处理其 manifest。重现 Cardano 的情况，并检查为什么 EVM Connect 和 Tezos Connect 的镜像仍保留在选定集合中。当启动时只拉取与当前 stack 类型相关的镜像时，即视为完成。
由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。
描述
When instantiating a stack the stack.json contains images that are not relevant for the current stack.

If you create a Cardano stack for example, you can see that it tries to pull images for EVM Connect and Tezos Connect on start.
This needs a change to the way the manifest is handled and filtered
