Give possibility to user to filter can messages Logged by logger feature of library

a parameters IncludeMsgFilter or ExcludeMsgFilter that manage what will be stored in loger file
Describe alternatives you've considered
Create own Logger to implement this feature but not efficient as we need to to the same for all format supported by loger
