Add link to open collective on Support page

从网站的 Support 页面入手，查找其各个部分和外部链接是如何定义的。添加一个链接到 https://opencollective.com/hapijs 的部分，然后验证渲染后的页面是否在预期的 Support 部分显示该链接。

描述
IIRC @Marsup mentioned at some point on Slack that we don't have a link to: https://opencollective.com/hapijs on our website and that it would be nice to add it. I agree with him and it would be nice to have it there IMO. I suggest we had a section in the Support page.
