The current behavior still "works", but the location images do not display when a mobile screen size is used.

- Develop a mockup of how the images should display in mobile view/screenshot the "Events" page mobile view as a reference
- On the about page, the images should be visible when the "Our Locations" section is expanded. They should be stacked vertically after the text "Former in-person event locations across Los Angeles", in the same layout as on the Events page mobile view.
- Create an issue to edit
_sass/components/_about.scssto apply styling to the Locations images in mobile view.- If changes to any other files are necessary, developer should document and explain in the PR.
