Start by locating PlantOn in the export test file and checking the go.mod pins in gonsole/auth/sqlite and gonsole/auth/postgres against the newest authkit/sqlite and authkit/postgres versions. Update the CI matrix for both modules, then export the record store Plant hooks so recordstest.Run can exercise them without copied SQL. Done means both modules pass against the newest account stores and an external program can run the shared record contract through the exported fixtures.

What
- Test gonsole/auth/sqlite and gonsole/auth/postgres against the newest authkit/sqlite and authkit/postgres in CI. gonsole/auth/sqlite v0.2.0 pins authkit/sqlite v0.1.0 and gonsole/auth/postgres v0.2.0 pins authkit/postgres v0.13.0.
- Export the record store
Planthooks (PlantOnsits in an export test file today), so a program can runrecordstest.Runover these stores without copying their SQL.
Why
