描述
It would be great if you could select a portion of a source file, and press Ctrl-I to format just that part. Ormolu supports this with the --start-line and --end-line arguments. If there is a selection, Ctrl-I should pass start and end lines to the server for formatting, and the server should pass them along to Ormolu.
