What happened?

Summary

User-unfriendly, noisy and unnecessary warning on invocation of agents-cli.

WARNING:root:agents-cli: applying 1 extension command(s): xxx

This warning prints on every invocation of agents-cli once an extension is installed.

Recommended Mitigation

Make it an INFO. Or, drop it altogether.

This is agents-cli v1.7.0

Steps to Reproduce

install an extension via agents-cli extension add ...
invoke any agents-cli command
observe the warning

What did you expect to happen?

No noisy warning
