🔴 Required Information
adk-java removed the constructor in v0.9.0 which can take in a McpSessionManager in https://github.com/google/adk-java/commit/82ef5ac2689e01676aa95d2616e3b4d8463e573e, and thus the ability to construct an McpAsyncClient using StreamableHttpServerParameters.
Describe the Solution You'd Like
Ideally the McpAsyncToolset would still allow the consumer to provide a McpAsyncClient/McpSessionManager directly - mainly for customising url + headers + timeouts.

We would like to explore and move to v1.0.0 when its ready and would also would like our MCP connectors to keep working as it is
