workshop/05-agentic-workflows-intro.md has 18.8% conditional dropout (36,945 at-risk runs; agentic concept gap 4,766, deployment capability gap 2,167). It has the lowest active_learning (2.4) of the core path and gives little remediation when learners misclassify workflows in Activity 2 (line 62).
Proposed change
Add worked examples with answer explanations to Activity 2, a "if you got this wrong" hint for each item, and a short concept-check checkpoint tied to the three key terms. Do not remove any concepts.
