05-agentic-intro loses 17.8% of at-risk runs (6,564 dropouts of 36,929); the top cause is agentic concept gap (4,311). workshop/05-agentic-workflows-intro.md packs three key terms, the two-file model, and three activities onto one page. active_learning is 2.4/10 and the checkpoint (line 120) is not scored as verifiable. Learners without Actions background only get a skip link, with no remediation.
Proposed change
Make Activities 1–3 explicit, scored self-checks (e.g. answer-key checklist), add a "stuck on terms?" recovery link to the 04 refresher, and turn the checkpoint into observable outcomes (e.g. "I can name which file Actions runs and why"). Do not remove any activity.
