Describe the bug
Every now and then when reloading VSCode I will get this error:
Activating extension 'github.vscode-github-actions' failed: fetch failed.
Failed to load resource: net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Reload VSCode with
workbench.action.reloadWindow - Get lucky (unlucky?)
- See error
