[Feature]: don't depreciate --ai in favor of --integration .. keep both! ai is so much easier to type!

Problem Statement
For those of us who still do some of the work ourselves instead of letting our clawed masters complete everything it's much nicer to use the --ai flag when setting up a new project. Switch the docs to --integration if you like but leave --ai for us old folks! My context window can't hold so many long words like integrashun. Thanks!
Proposed Solution
Add --integrate but leave --ai as a relic for the OG users.
