opencode documentation https://github.com/github/github-mcp-server/blob/main/docs/installation-guides/install-opencode.md applies to opencode v1, and it might not be up-to-date for opencode v2. Flagged by opencode itself using DSv4Flash.
Example: opencode v1 supposedly needs "enable":true in mcp configs, while in opencode v2 mcps are enabled by default and need to be disabled with "disable": true (or with the /mcps menu).
