The agentic-workflows skill that gh aw installs into consumer repos has a relative link that resolves to a file that doesn't exist there:

The same file says the .github/aw/* guides should be loaded "from github/gh-aw (they are not available locally)". The link works inside this repo (.github/skills/agentic-workflows/SKILL.md → .github/aw/), but not in consumer repos:

.agents/skills/agentic-workflows/SKILL.md, it resolves to.agents/aw/debug-agentic-workflow.md, which doesn't exist - installed at
.github/skills/agentic-workflows/SKILL.md, it resolves to.github/aw/debug-agentic-workflow.md, which consumers don't have either
So the new "go directly to Model and engine misconfiguration" route is a dead link for every consumer (we saw it after gh aw upgrade to v0.91.12).
Suggested fix
Make the link absolute in the shipped template, e.g.
[Model and engine misconfiguration](https://github.com/github/gh-aw/blob/main/.github/aw/debug-agentic-workflow.md#model-and-engine-misconfiguration)
or point it at .github/aw/debug-model-engine-misconfiguration.md. A check that shipped templates under pkg/cli/data/ contain no relative ../ links would catch regressions.
