The Claude quick-start path documents ANTHROPIC_API_KEY setup but never warns that CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN (a local claude login credential) is silently ignored in Actions. A Claude Code user following the quick-start guide who sets that token instead gets a generic Claude CLI auth failure that never names the real cause. The caveat is documented elsewhere (cli.md:240, reference/auth.mdx:218-220, reference/faq.md:486-488, engines/claude.md:22) but not at the one place a new user actually lands first: docs/src/content/docs/setup/quick-start.mdx's Claude section (lines 145-153).
